The Weavers, for the first time since their exile, were divided.
Two factions emerged: the Purists, who argued that Kaelen’s dark thread was a contagion that must be cut out, and the Harmonizers, who believed that even a dissonant note could be woven into a richer harmony.
Elara, as the First Librarian, called for a Council of Threads, a gathering where the two factions could plead their case not with words, but by weaving their arguments into the central tapestry.
And so they gathered, their looms at the ready, to decide whether their world would be a story of perfect harmony, or a more complex tapestry that could hold even the darkest of threads.
